Restorative yoga focuses on holding passive poses for extended periods, promoting relaxation and reducing stress by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system.

English Kindergarten Program
API has adopted the British National Curriculum and has handpicked intriguing themes in order to meet the standards set for our young children. Children between the ages of 18 months and 5 years follow targets outlined by the Foundation Stage through chosen topics.
